  • Education: B.Com Graduate or equivalent.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant personality.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Comfortable with basic computer operations and office software

    • Ability to handle emails, calendars, and digital communication tools

  • Other Skills:

Responsible For
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.

  • Manage and route incoming phone calls; take messages and respond to basic inquiries.

  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and coordinate with security when needed.

  • Handle daily office coordination tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing meeting rooms, and assisting various departments.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, documentation, and preparing simple reports.

  • Support HR/Administration teams in day-to-day office operations.
