Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and coordinate with security when needed.

Handle daily office coordination tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing meeting rooms, and assisting various departments.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.

Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, documentation, and preparing simple reports.

Support HR/Administration teams in day-to-day office operations.
